This case is of interest because of a combination of a pancreatic cancer and several desmoids, arisen then, after pancreaticoduodenal resection in a front abdominal wall. Despite of extended enough ''light'' term, elapsed after the operation on a pancreas, the secondary changes in a liver and recurrent desmoids in the front abdominal wall were revealed. High frequency of desmoids recurrences is proved by the present clinical observation and coordinates with the literary data.
