The article represents a question X-ray diagnostics of dust diseases. Taking into account a great material the article was submitted as two parts. The first part deals a question of the etiology, pathogenesis and a clinical pattern of dust diseases. The modern classification is built in dependence on an inhaled dust agent and on a spread of pathological process. The pathogenesis of dust diseases is described. Features of X-ray imaging at silicosis and a tuberculosilicosis are also available. Others forms of pneumoconiosis (an asbestosis, an anthracosis, a berylliosis and so on) will be discussed in the next issue.
